About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading global technology organisation, is seeking an experienced Partner Program Delivery Manager to help drive community impact across its growing infrastructure footprint throughout EMEA.
This role will be responsible for designing, scaling and managing a portfolio of community investment and social impact programmes delivered through strategic partners. The successful candidate will help move from individual, one-off initiatives to a more structured, measurable and repeatable approach that can be deployed across multiple countries while remaining locally relevant.
The role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of community engagement, education, digital skills, social impact and stakeholder management whilst building programmes that strengthen local communities and create long-term positive outcomes.
The Role
As the Partner Program Delivery Manager, you will define, operationalise and scale a portfolio of community programmes across EMEA markets.
You will work closely with Community Affairs teams, external partners, educational institutions, NGOs and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality programmes focused on digital inclusion, skills development, education, employability and community innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Portfolio Development
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of scalable community programmes that can be deployed across multiple markets.
- Create programme blueprints, implementation guides and delivery frameworks.
- Develop repeatable models that balance consistency with local flexibility.
- Ensure programmes align with community needs and broader organisational objectives.
Program Delivery
- Support regional teams with programme planning, implementation and execution.
- Manage end-to-end programme delivery processes, from scoping and partner onboarding through to reporting and evaluation.
- Help scale successful programmes across multiple countries and communities.
- Ensure high-quality delivery standards are maintained across all markets.
Partner Management
- Build and manage relationships with nonprofit organisations, educational institutions, social enterprises and community partners.
- Develop partner guidance, expectations and governance processes.
- Support the evolution of strategic partnerships that create meaningful, measurable community impact.
- Monitor partner performance and drive continuous improvement.
Impact Measurement & Reporting
- Develop standardised reporting frameworks and success metrics.
- Improve consistency and quality of programme data across multiple markets.
- Measure programme outcomes and evaluate impact.
- Translate programme results into meaningful insights and stakeholder reporting.
Community Impact & Strategic Alignment
- Ensure programmes contribute to local community priorities and long-term positive outcomes.
- Align initiatives with broader social impact, education, digital inclusion and workforce development goals.
- Support programmes that strengthen community relationships and stakeholder trust.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Develop tools, playbooks and templates that enable effective programme deployment.
- Capture best practices and lessons learned across markets.
- Establish governance routines and programme review processes.
- Drive continuous programme optimisation and innovation.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Experience in community engagement, social impact, CSR, education, employability, skilling or partnership programmes.
- Proven experience designing and delivering programmes across multiple locations or markets.
- Experience working with NGOs, community organisations, education providers or public-sector stakeholders.
- Strong programme and project management capability.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to turn strategic objectives into practical delivery models.
- Strong reporting, measurement and impact evaluation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Digital skills, AI literacy, STEM/STEAM, employability or education programmes.
- Community investment or social value delivery.
- Infrastructure, technology, energy or construction environments.
- Development of scalable programme frameworks across regions.
- Impact measurement and social value reporting.
- Experience working across EMEA or international markets.
