Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer management and onboarding support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct high-volume candidate screening and telephone interviews.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market engagement.
- Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists within agreed timelines and service levels.
- Manage candidate and hiring manager expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure all recruitment activity is accurately maintained within the applicant tracking system.
- Support hiring approvals and ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policy and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and act as a trusted recruitment advisor.
- Contribute ideas and process improvements to support continuous enhancement of recruitment delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues across talent acquisition and wider business functions globally.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within technical or professional services hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with experience managing multiple vacancies in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight timelines.
- Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining high-quality delivery.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
