Key Responsibilities:

  • Roadmap & Milestone Management: Manage the master fiscal year roadmap for the Brand Team, organized by quarter. Drive project milestones from approval through strategy, creative development, production, and final delivery. Ensure all schedules and roadmaps are clearly communicated and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Team & Resource Coordination: Collaborate with the Resource Manager during the casting process and provide regular updates to support resource allocation. Set up and facilitate weekly Brand-led huddles and status meetings, tracking action items and partnering with the Brand Team. Work with the Brand Manager to prioritize tasks and align the team on daily, weekly, and monthly focus areas, resolving conflicts proactively.
  • Creative Review Facilitation: Manage scheduling and agendas for Brand-led creative reviews across pods, in coordination with the Brand Manager. Partner with the Brand Creative Director and team to define the creative concepting process and tailor review structures to project needs. Facilitate all aspects of Brand-led creative reviews: scope, attendees, location, facilities, and materials. Ensure project materials are captured, archived, and shared appropriately.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Functional and Production partners to share updates during the creative concepting phase. Guide Functional teams in scheduling their creative reviews with the Brand Team.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Take meeting notes during reviews and collaborate with the Brand Manager to distribute them as needed. Manage team server logistics: setup, folder organization, disclosure lists, and communication. Oversee confidential team workspaces, logistics calendars, and badge access. Support project close-out and archiving of all relevant materials (briefs, documentation, creative concepts, etc.).
