This role combines warranty administration with day-to-day control of workshop activity, working with technicians, Service Advisors and Parts to keep work progressing and standards high.
You will coordinate technician workloads, monitor jobs in progress, ensure repairs meet manufacturer requirements and complete warranty claims with accurate documentation.
