Aston Community Education Trust, Aston Academy, is seeking an enthusiastic KS3/4 Counsellor/Learning Mentor to join the Inclusion team. You will support students facing barriers to learning, with a focus on SEMH, wellbeing, and attendance.
You will plan and deliver 1:1 and group interventions, liaise with parents and external services, and maintain confidential records in line with safeguarding policies. The role requires a diploma-level counselling qualification and BACP registration.
