Our sign fitters must be able or willing to work around the UK. This role requires a practical individual with excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team while maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance. This role will involve overnight stays. A valid CSCS card and driving licence are required. IPAF and/or PASMA certificates would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Install a variety of signage products including: Fascia signs, Illuminated signs and lightboxes, Vinyl graphics and window manifestations, Wayfinding and directional signage, Totems, post‑mounted and freestanding signs
- Read and interpret technical drawings and installation specifications
- Conduct site surveys and assessments where required
- Use power tools and specialist installation equipment safely and effectively
- Work at height using ladders, access equipment, and MEWPs
- Carry out maintenance, repairs, and replacement of existing signage
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and client expectations
- Complete installation reports and photographic records
- Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
- Represent the company professionally when working on client sites
- CSCS Card
- Previous experience in signage installation, shopfitting, construction, or a similar field
- Good practical and mechanical skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work at height
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel and regularly work away from home when required
