We are looking for an experienced and committed Assistant Headteacher to join our established team, who has a passion for teaching and enjoys building positive relationships with young people to help them achieve more than they thought possible. It would be desirable for the successful candidate to have an appropriate teaching qualification in mathematics and be qualified to degree level. They should be a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional, an excellent classroom practitioner of all key stages and have a desire to support students from deprived backgrounds.

You will have:

  • Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
  • Experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.
  • Experience of or ability to engage with Governors and external stakeholders in creating a culture of support and challenge.
