About the Role
We’re seeking an ambitious and strategic Junior Marketing Manager to join our team and drive marketing excellence across our two jewellery brands. This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone who thrives in the luxury accessories space and wants to make a real impact in a fast‑paced business. You’ll take ownership of the complete product launch cycle, lead creative marketing activations, manage our email planner, and oversee retail marketing initiatives that drive both online and offline engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Launches & Campaign Management
- Manage end‑to‑end product launch process from photography and asset creation, before handing it to our Ecommerce team
- Develop comprehensive campaign plans with strong messaging that resonates with our customer base
- Create and execute innovative marketing activations around product launches and key retail moments
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and on‑time delivery
- Email & Digital Marketing
- Own and develop our email marketing calendar with detailed, commercially‑driven briefs
- Manage copywriter schedules and ensure all copy aligns with brand voice and commercial objectives
- Champion email testing roadmap in collaboration with Ecommerce team
- Merchandise high‑traffic pages weekly to optimise conversion and sales
- Lead photoshoot planning, briefing, and execution
- Retail Marketing & Partnerships
- Plan and deliver creative marketing activations including events, pop‑ups, and experiential campaigns
- Manage day‑to‑day communications with PR agencies
- Build and maintain partnerships with brands and influencers
- Oversee influencer gifting strategy and relationship management
- Analysis & Team Leadership
- Analyse marketing performance data including sales, engagement, and customer insights
- Provide end‑of‑campaign reporting with actionable insights that inform future strategy
- Work closely with Trade team to understand product performance and feature top sellers across all channels
- Oversee and mentor Content & Social Associate, developing strong management skills
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience
- 5-7 years in marketing within jewellery, accessories, fashion, or lifestyle brands (luxury or contemporary)
- Campaign planning from scratch – You’ve developed multi‑channel campaigns with strong messaging that drives measurable results
- Retail marketing execution – Experience planning and delivering events, pop‑ups, or experiential activations that create buzz
- Email marketing ownership – Track record of building testing roadmaps and improving performance metrics (CTR, conversion)
- Product launch management – You’ve led products from concept to market, coordinating cross‑functional teams
- Photoshoot experience – Comfortable leading creative briefs and managing shoot execution
- Commercial mindset – You connect dots between creative decisions and business impact; you understand margin, conversion, AOV
- Data fluency – Can analyse campaign performance, identify insights, and translate them into action
