Job Details For The HR Administrator

  • Pay: Up to £30,000 per annum
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm (40 Hours Per Week)
  • Duration: Permanent

Job Role

The HR Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support across the HR function, ensuring employee records and HR systems are accurately maintained. The role includes supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, assisting with payroll processes, tracking absence and leave, completing return-to-work documentation, taking notes in meetings, and supporting managers with internal HR processes.

Essential Skills, Experience, Or Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar HR Officer or HR Administrator role
  • Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and UK employment law
  • Experience drafting contracts of employment, offer letters, and other HR documentation
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or currently working towards)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using HR systems
