Location: Hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in our Aldgate, London office and remaining days working remotely / from home.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Individual Giving Officer to join our Supporter Giving & Legacies team. In this role, you’ll plan and deliver exciting marketing acquisition campaigns across multiple channels aiming to attract new supporters and drive long-term income for Asthma + Lung UK. Using data and supporter insights, you’ll see what’s working, experiment with new ideas aiming to make each campaign even better than the last.
Asthma + Lung UK is the only charity in the UK fighting for everyone with a lung condition, aiming for a world where everyone can breathe with healthy lungs. We fund cutting‑edge research, provide advice and support for the 12 million people who will get a lung condition during their lifetime. We also campaign for clean air and for better NHS diagnosis and treatment.
Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager (Acquisition), you’ll bring acquisition campaigns to life, recruiting new regular givers, lottery players, and one‑off donors. You’ll also help design welcome journeys for new supporters, making sure they feel valued, informed, and connected from their very first interaction with us.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about making a difference in the charity sector. If you have experience in fundraising or marketing whether across digital, telemarketing, or face‑to‑face and enjoy collaborating with agencies and internal teams, this is the role for you. With strong attention to detail and project management skills, you’ll confidently support on multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and help deliver sector‑leading acquisition activity that makes a real impact.
