Asthma + Lung UK is seeking a Volunteer Engagement Officer to drive our volunteer engagement strategy and ensure volunteers feel valued and supported. You’ll build relationships with diverse stakeholders and promote opportunities across platforms, while delivering high-quality volunteer experiences.
You will coordinate the volunteer journey, organise selection events, match candidates to roles, and oversee checks and onboarding, combining strong interpersonal skills with solid technical.
