A great maternity cover opportunity has arisen for a Pharmaceutical Partnership Lead to steer the growth in our relationship with the respiratory pharmaceutical sector. You will manage multi-level relationships with all our major partners and their relationship with our executive team.
Asthma + Lung UK is the only charity in the UK fighting for everyone with a lung condition, aiming for a world where everyone can breathe with healthy lungs. We fund cutting-edge research, provide advice and support for the 12 million people who will get a lung condition during their lifetime. We also campaign for clean air and for better NHS diagnosis and treatment.
You will lead the development of a multiyear strategy for the growth of our relationship with the respiratory pharmaceutical sector, in line with our organisational strategy. You will deliver first class stewardship through proactive engagement and account manage a high-level portfolio of pharmaceutical partnerships. You will also work closely with External Affairs, Services and Research and Innovation to secure funding for our programmes of work.
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent relationship management and communication skills, including writing inspiring corporate proposals and pitches along with strong presenting skills. You will also have experience securing six-figure income from corporate sources in a charity or commercial setting and successfully developing and maintaining multiple effective stakeholder relationships.
