We’re looking for a people-focused but technically-minded individual who can apply their Business Analyst (BA) skills to projects across all their phases, as well as deliver high quality IT training to our staff and provide second line IT systems user-support to ensure they are using best practices across all applications and tools.
Asthma + Lung UK is the only charity in the UK fighting for everyone with a lung condition, aiming for a world where everyone can breathe with healthy lungs. We fund cutting-edge research, provide advice and support for the 12 million people who will get a lung condition during their lifetime. We also campaign for clean air and for better NHS diagnosis and treatment.
You will provide BA support to subject matter experts working on projects and initiatives through all project phases, from IT requirements gathering, creating wireframes, workflow documentation and test scripts through to arranging and delivering user training and supporting any other project implementation tasks to help ensure the project delivers both business and user requirements.
You will curate, manage and deliver our IT systems training programme to new and existing staff in-person and online, ensure training materials are reviewed regularly so they remain relevant and up-to-date and take new technologies, solutions and changes to our existing workstack into consideration.
You will have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, the ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences, be people-focused whilst have a good analytical eye, a customer-oriented approach to training, with a focus on providing excellent support to end-users and have the ability to adapt training methods and materials to suit the needs and skill levels of different audiences.
As well as a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy a range of benefits including 30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), membership of a health cash plan, employee assistance programme, cycle-to-work scheme, interest-free annual season Travelcard loan and pension scheme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation committed to being the driving force behind the transformation of lung health.
