Asterix is rebuilding how primary care is delivered by enabling remote GP work in the UK. You will lead and scale Customer Success from onboarding through renewals, owning the process and metrics for a growing base of GP practices, PCNs, and private providers.
You’ll build repeatable playbooks, guide the Medical Operations team, and partner with Sales and Clinical governance to ensure a world-class customer experience as we expand from 4 to 10+ new customers per month.
