About the role
We’re hiring a full-time Mobile App Developer to build a new, design-led mobile application for iOS and Android. The app is fully designed in Figma and supported by clear user flows, screen definitions, and admin processes. Your role will be to take these designs and specifications and deliver a production-ready mobile app, from development through to App Store and Play Store release. This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership and responsibility.
What you’ll be working on:
- A cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android)
- Translating Figma designs into pixel-accurate UI
- User onboarding, application flows, and status tracking
- Admin-driven workflows and internal review tools
- Secure authentication and backend / API integrations
- App Store and Google Play deployment
Tech expectations:
- .NET MAUI strongly preferred (Equivalent cross-platform frameworks considered if well justified.)
- Proven experience implementing apps directly from Figma
- Strong mobile UI/UX implementation skills
- Experience with REST APIs, auth flows, and state management
- We’re comfortable with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Base44, Copilot, etc.) where they improve delivery speed and quality.
What we’re looking for:
- Track record of building and shipping mobile apps
- Comfortable working from Figma, specs, and process diagrams
- Product-minded and detail-oriented
- Clean, maintainable code and sensible architecture choices
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
Nice to have:
- Lead or end-to-end ownership of a mobile app
- Backend experience (Azure, Firebase, Supabase, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD and store submission
- Prior experience working remotely across time zones
Why join us?
- Clear designs and requirements — minimal ambiguity
- Ownership of the mobile build
- Remote-first team (Europe / South Asia)
- Pragmatic, modern approach to tooling and AI
- Opportunity to ship a complete product end to end
