About the role

We\’re hiring a full-time Mobile App Developer
to build a new, design-led mobile application for
iOS and Android
.

The app is
fully designed in Figma
and supported by clear user flows, screen definitions, and admin processes. Your role will be to take these designs and specifications and deliver a
production-ready mobile app
, from development through to App Store and Play Store release.

This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership and responsibility.

What you\’ll be working on

• A
  cross-platform mobile app
  (iOS + Android)
• Translating
  Figma designs into pixel-accurate UI
• User onboarding, application flows, and status tracking
• Admin-driven workflows and internal review tools
• Secure authentication and backend / API integrations
• App Store and Google Play deployment

Tech expectations

• .NET MAUI
  strongly preferred
• (Equivalent cross-platform frameworks considered if well justified.)
• Proven experience implementing apps directly from Figma
• Strong mobile UI/UX implementation skills
• Experience with REST APIs, auth flows, and state management

We\’re comfortable with
AI-assisted development tools
(e.g. Base44, Copilot, etc.) where they improve delivery speed and quality.

What we\’re looking for

• Track record of building and shipping mobile apps
• Comfortable working from
  Figma, specs, and process diagrams
• Product-minded and detail-oriented
• Clean, maintainable code and sensible architecture choices
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration

Nice to have

• Lead or end-to-end ownership of a mobile app
• Backend experience (Azure, Firebase, Supabase, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD and store submission
• Prior experience working remotely across time zones
