Are you good with a trowel, do you have a muck in do anything mindset? We are looking for a Wet Trade Multi (Plaster, Tile and Bricklayer) to join our team in Dorset. You will bring your skills and experience including plastering, studwork, drylining and plaster-boarding, wall tiling, laying vinyl flooring and bricklaying/rendering to name just a few. You’ll be working in our customer’s homes, so you’ll have a customer service focus and being committed to continuous improvement. No two days are the same. You’ll carry out a number of jobs in a day with your work shared with you via a smart phone. Seldom to work alone, always as part of a team!
About you
You’ll have an NVQ or equivalent or demonstrate previous significant experience in general building. You’ll be able to identify causes and specify materials required to rectify any arising issues. You’ll need to be a confident user of IT, and you’ll need to control and manage, yourself, your van stock and the expectations of others. You’ll be working with a variety of teams and communicating with them regularly, so you’ll be confident in managing expectations of both internal and external customers. We will supply a company vehicle to get you around, so you’ll need a full, UK driving licence.
