Enham Trust is looking to expand the Enham Trust Enterprise team. In this productive and satisfying role as a warehouse operative, you’ll be conducting a wide range of different tasks in an operational capacity, including picking and packing operations, manual packing of items and working on a production line. As part of the team, you’ll be directly responsible for the success of the enterprise and the great work environment we strive to create in our workplace.
The role is specifically for candidates with a disability. Therefore we welcome applications from adults with disabilities and support will be provided to enable you to do a great job when you join us!
- Carry out tasks within the enterprise as instructed - carrying out various packaging and rework duties in line with business specifications and requirements.
- Working on the production line to produce end products for customers.
- Always treating products with care and ensuring all products are produced to a high standard.
- Reporting any damaged or missing goods to the Production Manager.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles and checking in and out of stock.
- Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing orders.
- Comply with Health and Safety Regulations and Policy relevant to your role, the department and Enham Trust as a whole.
- House Keeping – ensuring workstations are always kept clean and tidy.
- Ensure that set targets are met – each product has targets that have to be achieved per hour.
- Manual handling – moving various products in accordance with Enham Trust manual handling training.
The role will be based at Enham Trust, you’ll ideally be able to commute to and from Andover, Hampshire.
