Do you have project management experience within property and sales? If so, keep reading. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who has considerable project management experience to lead on the delivery of a new, specialist asset management programme, providing strategic and operational leadership. You’ll bring your experience of working within a high-volume property sales environment to really take the team forward.

Working alongside the Options Appraisal Programme Manager, you’ll be identifying underperforming assets to form part of the programme and driving strong performance from the team. You will be supported by a Project Coordinator and Technical Administrator, and you’ll be managing a targeted programme, identifying poorly performing assets through to sale. Previous sales skills and managerial experience will greatly benefit you to achieve the right outcomes, ensuring that targets can be met and exceeded.

Your key responsibilities in the role will see you:

  • Assisting the Programme Manager to support the successful delivery of the programme
  • Completing full line management responsibility for the Project Coordinator and Technical Administrator
  • Undertaking detailed options appraisals on poorly performing assets and prioritising assets for inclusion in the programme
  • Managing the programme activity, including analysis of routes to market ensuring the best financial outcome within the project timescales
  • Working with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to effectively deliver ambitious targets
  • Producing comprehensive analysis of the programme delivery and forecasting future trends

About you

You’ll have a wealth of experience as a property sales manager, and it will be beneficial if you have experience in options appraisals and asset portfolio reviews. A qualification in building, housing, or real estate would be great too. You will come to the role with previous people leadership experience, demonstrating how you can effectively lead a team to deliver strong outcomes. You’ll be able to demonstrate your project management experience, as this will be essential for the role. You’ll be experienced in working within a sales environment, meeting and exceeding targets. You’ll be extremely confident in your knowledge around options appraisal systems and processes and will have a good understanding of investment values within the context of real estate projects.

You will be able to base yourself from home for the role, but travel will be a requirement to attend meetings and site visits, so you’ll be located within our operating region with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, and London.
