Aster Group has a great opportunity for a FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis) to join the Aster Group Treasury team. This role is Dorset based but you will be able to work predominantly from home.

What you’ll be doing

You will provide high-quality support and assistance to the Treasury Manager and Director of Treasury, focusing on the financial planning function of the treasury department. Your responsibilities include analysis of information for the group’s financial plan, including scenario analysis, stress testing, and integration of finance and development data into the group’s financial modelling software. We are looking for a strong analyst who excels in this role and adopts our continuous improvement methodology. You may also work on other ad hoc projects as required.

About you

Ideally, you are working towards a CCAB accountancy or equivalent treasury qualification. You will be dynamic and driven, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation. Your experience should demonstrate a focus on continuous improvement and the benefits your changes have brought to your organisation.
