About the Role
As a Team Leader at Enham Trust, you\βll work closely with both our residents and care staff to maintain exceptional care standards. You\βll promote dignity, choice, and independence, ensuring every individual receives person-centred support tailored to their unique needs.
Working under the guidance of the Home Manager, you\βll:
- Lead and supervise a team of care staff
- Deliver and monitor care in line with CQC Fundamental Standards
- Promote autonomy, motivation, and involvement for each resident
- Uphold our values and ensure best practices in line with Skills for Care\βs Code of Conduct
- Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for everyone
Shifts Available
We offer full-time roles across both day and night shifts:
Day Team Leader
5 days per week
Shifts between 7:00am β 9:30pm
Morning shift: 7:00am β 2:30pm
Afternoon shift: 2:00pm β 9:30pm
Includes alternate weekends
Night Team Leader
36 hours per week
3 x 12-hour shifts across Monday β Sunday
8:00pm β 8:00am or 9:00pm β 7:00am

About You
We\βre looking for someone who shares our values and puts people at the heart of everything they do.
You\βll need:
- Experience in a senior or supervisory care role
- A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or L2 (with willingness to work towards Level 3)
- A good understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A passion for supporting people with complex needs, always promoting dignity and respect
- You must pass a DBS check or be registered on the DBS Update Service.
