Anti-Social Behaviour Officer β 9 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Β£36,037 per annum

As our ASB Officer, you\βll be the first point of contact for residents experiencing anti-social behaviour. You\βll take the lead in investigating cases, liaising with residents, external partners, and enforcement agencies to resolve issues sensitively and effectively which may include tenancy enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of ASB complaints from start to resolution
Conduct investigations, including interviewing complainants, witnesses, and alleged perpetrators
Work closely with tenancy and neighbourhood teams, local authorities, and the police
Prepare documentation for legal proceedings when necessary
Support preventative initiatives and promote positive community engagement
About you
You\βll have previous experience/knowledge of tackling anti-social behaviour within the community and knowledge of the social housing sector.
You\βll be great at building relationships, happy to talk to anyone and will understand your audience. Your \βcan-do\β approach will help you to achieve the right outcomes
You will be adaptable in your style, happy to work flexibly to meet the needs of our customers and positive in your approach.
You\βll have strong case management skills, an attention to detail and previous experience in using CRM databases.
The role will require travel across the county, so you will need a full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
