About ACE Aster Chemicals and Energy is a leading provider of chemical and energy solutions. Building on the foundation of Singapore’s first oil refinery, the business plays a critical role in supporting supply, commercial performance, and operational capabilities for Singapore and Southeast Asia. Aster has a refinery with capacity of more than 300,000 barrels per day with ongoing asset rejuvenation, alongside a 1.1 million metric ton naphtha cracker on Pulau Bukom, and 2.5 million metric tons of downstream chemical assets on Jurong Island.

The primary role will focus on improving and standardizing Aster’s maintenance and turnaround planning practices. Provide planning support for various plant unit maintenance activities in Aster, including delivering training and coaching for new personnel in the role. Collaborate with discipline engineers to review existing work plans and continuously enhance them to improve efficiency and enable more productive site execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance to site Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards, procedures, and requirements to achieve Goal Zero and make a safe place to work.
  • Intervene any unsafe act proactively and courageously on site and take part in creating a healthy environment for people to work safely.
  • Drive high standard of personal accountability.
