Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience from within Medical Affairs or Medical Communications, with a strong background in Medical Writing.
- Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling narratives and visuals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical design and drug development processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with effective interpersonal abilities.
- Able to leverage expertise to guide colleagues without formal line management responsibility and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- MSc in a life science or healthcare‑related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD, PharmD, or MD preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital tools.
- Experience in mentoring or people leadership.
