Role and Responsibilities Provide multi‑country policy expertise and HR generalist knowledge to support and educate leaders, managers, and associates on all People topics. Support the delivery of lifecycle events and resolve employee relations issues. Deliver a legally compliant HR service in line with identified needs across multiple countries. Provide data and insights on activity volume, trends, issues, concerns, and success stories. Act as a change agent and champion for the Global HR Operations Model, working closely with other HR Operations teams and the broader HR function. Provide sound advice, guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues (underperformance, disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, etc.). Manage a portfolio of business change and multi‑country projects in collaboration with HRBPs and Centres of Excellence. Support HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to execute cyclical HR processes such as talent, performance and reward cycles. Proof‑read translations of HR policy documentation and provide country‑specific technical HR guidance where needed. Act as a thought partner to HRBPs and other HR sub‑divisions to ensure global solutions work locally and that local HR requirements are met. Support management of Union/Works Council and deliver trainings and workshops on HR topics. Mentor and counsel on local policies, deliver continuous improvement activities, and draw insights from real‑time reports. Act as interface to other HR sub‑divisions (HR Ops, Rewards, Talent Acquisition, etc.). Qualifications Educated to degree level or equivalent or professional HR qualification. Solid HR generalist experience and deep understanding of HR fundamentals (recruitment, performance management, engagement, compensation, development, employee relations). Managing high‑risk employment‑related cases from intake to investigation to resolution. Partnering with stakeholders cross‑functionally at all levels. Strong analytical skills and judgement based on policies, procedures, risk factors. Excellent interpersonal skills, inspire trust and confidence, and influence decision‑making. Self‑starter ability to manage a workload of varying complexity to a high standard. Experience in core HR functions (compensation, benefits, performance management, etc.) and in HR process design, transaction support and employee administration. Fluent in English and at least one other European language. Knowledge of project management tools, continuous improvement, and MS Office and Outlook. Broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle.
