Astellas Pharma is seeking an HR Generalist to provide multi‑country policy expertise and support leaders, managers and associates across the People function.

The role focuses on lifecycle events, employee relations, and legally compliant HR services across several countries from our Bourne office in the UK.

It is a six‑month fixed‑term contract with a hybrid working model and full‑time hours.
