Responsibilities include leading the creation of evidence disclosures, including congress abstracts and manuscripts, ensuring timely publication of Astellas-generated data. Utilize AI tools to draft and refine scientific content, achieving the highest standards of medical accuracy. Develop global templates for healthcare professional engagement, supporting omnichannel strategies. Mentor junior content creators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Ensure all scientific content aligns with Astellas' brand strategy and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience from within Medical Affairs or Medical Communications, with a strong background in Medical Writing.
• Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling narratives and visuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical design and drug development processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with effective interpersonal abilities.
• Able to leverage expertise to guide colleagues without formal line management responsibility and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• MSc in a life science or healthcare‑related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD, PharmD, or MD preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital tools.
• Experience in mentoring or people leadership.
