As the Global Marketing Lead for Women's Health, you will be reporting directly to the Global Strategic Brand Lead and be responsible for representing the Established Region during co-creation of brand strategy and above-country tactics and for supporting affiliates to localize strategy and tactics to ensure continuous and optimal brand growth.

Key Activities:
- Co-create across affiliates and functions the 1-year operational plan, making recommendations around investment & divestment opportunities and ensuring brand-performance excellence, aligning brand planning and priorities, and increasing collaboration and opportunities for the regional business.
- Act as a key brand expert, driving brand strategy and tactic implementation throughout the region, ensuring adherence to the operational brand plan and global brand strategy, maximizing market share and revenue growth across the region, using the wide and full range of channels needed.
- Work closely with the Customer Engagement Excellence teams, and country commercial brand leads to generate deep customer insights that are patient-focused and reflected in the developed brand plans.
- Work collaboratively with country commercial brand leads to develop recommendations for brand budget allocation.
- Partner with the Omnichannel Strategy & Operations team to build and deploy an effective digital engagement strategy for the brand that is fit-for-purpose across all affiliates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role focusing on Established Markets within a Global Pharmaceutical Organization.
- Fluency in Business English.
- Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish, German, French) are advantageous.
- Proven track record of working in an above-country commercial role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and foster collaboration across diverse, cross-functional, and multicultural settings.
- Experience in global virtual and matrix environments.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience in Women's Health therapy area or other specialty care therapy will be preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong marketing competencies, including brand strategy, omnichannel marketing, global forecasting, and financial acumen.
- Experience in product launches.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, data analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Advanced degree e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent.
Position Details:
- This is a permanent, full-time position.
- This position is based in our Addlestone office in the United Kingdom.
- This position follows our hybrid working model.
- Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per quarter in our Addlestone office.
