Purpose & Scope
As an Engagement and Orchestration Expert at Astellas Pharma, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement through innovative content and omni‑channel campaigns. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address specific business challenges, ensuring that our strategies align with our mission to improve lives worldwide.
Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver day‑to‑day tasks and responsibilities as defined by the Value Team’s mandate, supporting the Value Team Lead in executing the team’s strategy and objectives.
- Apply your expertise to resolve specific business challenges identified by the Value Team, focusing on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional team members and stakeholders to accomplish prioritised objectives and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and maximise resources to meet brand financial and performance goals.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and capability building, leveraging guidance from the Chapter Lead.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or multinational corporations with global operations.
- Significant experience in content strategy, operations, and brand marketing, ideally including digital strategy and multi‑channel delivery roles.
- Results‑oriented individual with the ability to identify gaps in delivery and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous omni‑channel design experience within FMCG or content‑rich marketing industries.
- Experience in digital transformation and coaching roles that enable others to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with marketing automation technology and agency experience.
- Thought leader knowledgeable about ongoing digital innovations and content technology platforms.
- Advanced degree with experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing.
