The Opportunity:

As the Omnichannel Experience Partner UK, you will interface with the brand and therapeutic areas of the local UK affiliate. In this role, you are responsible for supporting the delivery of optimal customer engagement and experience. You will work closely with commercial teams to maximize operational processes. This UK-focused role requires a broad range of skills, including technical comprehension, attention to process details, peer influencing, analytical abilities, and the application of operational knowledge to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Activities for this role:

  • Accountable for leading local market cross-functional brand teams through their digital transformation journey to deliver omnichannel capabilities and operational expertise, ensuring seamless customer engagement and an exceptional experience.
  • Responsible for one-to-one and group interactions, including sharing knowledge, teaching, coaching, and applying omnichannel digital product planning frameworks. This role involves providing subject matter expertise and developing resource allocation models that in-market teams can utilize.
  • Accountable for driving brand performance within the market in collaboration with brand teams, aligning with overall Omnichannel Strategy and Operations (OSO) KPIs and other omnichannel objectives.
  • Focused on embedding capabilities within affiliate businesses, such as defining channel goals, creating content, selecting media mix, devising roll-out strategies, mapping customer journeys, coordinating campaign calendars, and orchestrating and measuring channel performance.
  • Committed to delivering various marketing enablement solutions, refining ways of working, and managing other content and marketing operations tailored to the specific needs of the local market and its environment.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proven experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and/or multinational corporations with global operations and a local presence.
  • Expertise in brand marketing, including digital strategy, digital marketing, multi-channel campaigns, and content creation.
  • Results-oriented individual with the ability to identify delivery gaps and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and operations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex issues and contribute to high-level presentations and discussions.
  • Proven decision-making and strategic thinking skills leading to successful outcomes.

Education/Qualifications:

  • MS Degree or equivalent.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position.
  • Position is located in Addlestone, UK.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 10-20%).
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per month in our UK office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
