Preparation of parts for blasting and painting within our in-house paint facility.
Responsibilities:
- Organise parts in preparation for blasting and painting.
- Transport components from the paint shop to the final assembly area or stores yard in a safe and controlled manner.
- Carry out shotblasting tasks within a busy paint shop environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on blasting and painting equipment and facilities.
- Maintain high quality standards throughout all stages of work.
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and safe working practices at all times.
Required Criteria:
- Ability to work to deadlines and achieve strict targets.
- Good awareness of General Health and Safety rules.
- Willing attitude to learn new skills.
- Ability to step outside your comfort zone in a new challenging role.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team.
