- Greeting, assisting, and directing visitors at reception.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls.
- Managing the daily receipt, sorting, and distribution of mail.
- Providing general administrative support across the organisation.
About The Role:
- Take proactive ownership of all front‑of‑house responsibilities.
- Greet and assist customers, guests, and suppliers upon arrival.
- Maintain office security by adhering to safety procedures.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls.
- Keep the reception area tidy, organised, and well‑stocked.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries promptly.
- Manage the ordering of front‑office supplies and maintain accurate stock inventories.
- Update calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting rooms as required.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for employees.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of office expenses.
- Support the collection and recording of production and engineering timesheet data.
- Provide additional support to the finance team by posting supplier invoices.
- Perform general clerical and receptionist duties.
- Assist with the maintenance and accuracy of the company database.
- Undertake additional appropriate duties as required.
