ASTAR Home Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Delivery Leader to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead from the front—supervising junior staff, reviewing care plans, and ensuring exceptional care delivery in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and mentoring staff in the field
- Conducting reviews of care plans and ensuring quality standards
- Being on-call for emergencies and ensuring timely response
- Working in the office two days a week, and out in the field three days
- Conducting staff interviews and contributing to business growth
- Delivering hands-on care, including supporting clients with dementia, end-of-life care, and family support
