Key Responsibilities:
- Identify operating model challenges, analyze and challenge proposed solutions, develop business cases, and make recommendations to the Executive Team for improvements.
- Lead the Business Change team, ensuring clear goals, quality work, and a positive contribution.
- Foster an inclusive environment that promotes skill development.
- Design and operate Asta’s Change Management Framework, ensuring strategic projects are well-supported, linked to strategy, and properly governed.
- Oversee delivery of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and realize benefits; report progress, risks, and issues.
- Use change management techniques to drive adoption of new initiatives.
- Promote awareness of technology solutions, gather business requirements with IT colleagues, and support implementation.
- Encourage operational excellence and innovation, creating efficiencies and streamlining processes.
- Support the Operations Director with departmental activities.
