The Bureau Technician will be responsible for the reviewing of transactional data for in scope clients in their selected Policy Administration System (PAS). This involves the full analysis and forensics of comparing and tracing both premium and claims back through market and client systems. The main focus is to ensure the timeliness, quality, and consistency of bureau data for in scope clients.

- Signed Premium v Written
- USM paid claims
- SCM paid claims
- SCM outstanding claims tracing
- Trace of Bureau messages back through market systems (IMR, ECF)
- Review of Premium and claims Bordereau compared to PAS (where applicable)
- Review of Treaty Statements compared to PAS (where applicable)
- Signing queries
- Outwards RI USM allocation
- Month-end close
- Review of Bordereau management systems
- AMIS signed data review
- Liaise with claims team on Flash claims reports and following up subsequent expected transactions
- Liaise with Asta stakeholders on AMIS/PAS queries relating to USM and SCM data
- Part of the Data Working Groups
- Part of the BP2 project group
- Part of any RFP for new client systems
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Essential: Deep understanding of Lloyd’s and London market processing requirements
- Essential: Deep understanding of London/Lloyd’s market systems
- Essential: Good understanding of Lloyd’s/London Market and the broader insurance and reinsurance industry
