b Overview /b p As a Senior Project Controls Manager, you will lead the Project Controls discipline across a Nuclear Power Plant project, ensuring consistent processes and governance. You’ll act as a technical lead, delivering accurate estimating, scheduling, risk and reporting outputs to stakeholders. You drive data quality, scenario planning, and the integration of cost, schedule, and risk information to enable informed decision-making. This role offers a chance to shape controls practices in a major, safety-critical program within a global nuclear engineering leader. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Hybrid Working /li li 25 Days Annual Leave /li li 8% Company Pension Contributions /li li Healthcare Cash Plan /li li Cycle to Work Scheme /li li Paid Professional Membership Fees /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead and standardize Integrated Project Controls processes across the programme area /li li Produce and maintain forecasts aligned with CBS/WBS /li li Assure data quality in Project Controls software (EcoSYS, P6, ARM, etc.) /li li Deliver timely, insightful reports and commentary on time-related drivers /li li Challenge significant issues affecting programme objectives; support workshops and scenario planning /li li Maintain a comprehensive Estimating portfolio reflecting current project position /li li Ensure risk-informed schedule and cost estimates at delivery and portfolio levels /li li Lead Estimating management training for teams and stakeholders /li li Produce and present accurate project controls information at reviews and board meetings /li li Manage and verify information within PowerBI dashboards and propose improvements /li li Identify enhancements to estimating management procedures, processes, reporting and tools /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Degree or equivalent in project management, project controls, engineering or related field /li li Experience in a Project Management environment /li li Demonstrable expert in project controls and Estimating with practical tooling knowledge /li li Experience on major construction projects; nuclear or highly regulated industry experience desirable /li li Strong ability to drive evidence-based decisions using commercial and technical data /li /ul ul li Excellent communication with senior and executive audiences /li li Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities /li li Ability to facilitate Estimating conversations and manage cross-functional collaboration /li li Estimating and estimating software proficiency /li li Project controls analytics and data integration (cost, schedule, risk) /li li PowerBI dashboard management /li /ul
