Job Description

🚀 Assystem is hiring a skilled Project Manager to lead multiple decommissioning projects in Culham.

This role is perfect for a strong leader with excellent communication & negotiation skills and proven decommissioning experience. 💼⚡

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• 📊 Managing multiple decommissioning projects end-to-end — including budgets & schedules
• 🛡️ Developing and implementing SHEQ requirements while maintaining risk registers
• 🤝 Acting as the main client contact and delivering regular progress updates
• ✅ Supporting external accreditation audits and maintaining integrated management systems
• 💡 Building strong customer relationships and driving innovation across projects

Qualifications

• 🏗️ Proven experience in the decommissioning or demolition industry
• 💬 Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
