This role supports our client’s major UK nuclear projects, operating at the heart of project quality and assurance delivery.
You will work across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality frameworks are followed and improvements identified.
This is a varied role requiring hands-on involvement with project records, audits, data analysis, and reporting.

️ Support client project teams with quality management and governance across nuclear programmes
️ Facilitate NCR closure processes and lead root cause investigations
️ Maintain and review Lifetime Quality Records and support regulatory readiness
️ Assist in developing and reviewing Project Quality Assurance Plans (PQAP) and ITPs
️ Lead preparation of quality reports, dashboards, and engagement packs for stakeholders
️ Coordinate and track audit findings across subcontractors and internal functions
️ Analyse and report on quality metrics including “Right First Time” KPIs
️ Drive continuous improvement by highlighting recurring quality issues

Qualifications

Essential Skills
4–6 years’ experience in quality or technical support roles
Experience in regulated industries (preferably nuclear or infrastructure)
Strong understanding of ISO 9001; knowledge of ISO 19443 preferred
Experienced in managing or facilitating NCRs and audit actions
Competent in analysing quality data and metrics
Skilled user of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting
Effective at working independently and in project teams
UK BPSS security clearance eligibility

Desired Skills
️ ONC or equivalent in Engineering or Business Administration
️ Working knowledge of ONR Licence Conditions
️ Familiarity with quality documentation, e.g. CFSI and material certs
️ Internal auditor training and experience
️ Basic French language skills
