Job Description

Position Overview

The Senior Infrastructure Future Programmes Lead is responsible for ensuring alignment of the clients Strategic Objectives with Infrastructure Plans and wider delivery programmes, acting as the Intelligent Customer for current and future infrastructure requirements. They will liaise closely with stakeholders and compliance teams to align capability needs with operational priorities and asset conditions. Additionally, the role serves as the primary interface between future programme teams and site team, supporting master planning and base optimisation strategies.

Key tasks associated with this role:

  • Support the ongoing alignment of client Strategic Objectives to deliver key outputs, integrating Infrastructure Plans and wider delivery programmes.
  • Act as the Intelligent Customer for infrastructure programme requirements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure capability requirements are clearly understood and aligned with current operational priorities and strategic direction.
  • Act as the Intelligent Customer for future programme master planning, base optimisation strategies, and the development of subsequent plans.
  • Serve as the key interface between future programme teams.
  • Serve as the key interface between compliance teams to understand asset condition and future requirements.
  • Provide support across other Areas of Responsibility as agreed with the management chain.
  • Provide regular updates to the management chain.
