Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesð Collaborate: Maintain good working relationshipsð Produce TO Responses: Create DSA Task Order responses and supporting documents (Estimates, Org Charts, Risk Registers).Accountabilitiesð Follow Policies: Comply with policies and procedures.ð Accurate Info: Ensure accurate information for Portfolio Managers and team members.ð Organized Filing: Correctly file information within project folders.ð¡ Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and improvements.
Key Tasksð Present TO Responses: Present at DSA Governance reviews.
Manage Actions: Handle governance review actions until TO approval.ð2 Cost Estimates: Produce task cost estimates for contracts.ð Scope Compliance: Ensure estimates meet Task Order Request requirements.ð NEC3 Contract Management: Use CEMAR.ð Complete Schedules: Finish TCIF Contract Schedule 5 and JV Response Schedule 6.ð Track Performance: Monitor TCIF Contracts.ð Document Management: File and manage estimates and documents.ð Raise/Respond to EWNs: Handle Early Warning Notices.ð Generate Reports: Create Replicon Reports as needed.ð Interface : Communicate with SL team members (PM, SPEM, PEM, etc.).ðo Safety Participation: Engage in safety initiatives.ð Improve Documentation: Help improve TCIF contract management documents.ð Training: Undertake necessary training.ð Supply Chain Quotes: Obtain quotations and update Purchase Orders.ðμ Invoice Review: Approve supply chain invoices.ð Monthly Reports: Prepare and attend monthly project and review meetings.ð Forecasts: Prepare person hour forecasts and EAC on PO value.ð Cost Interface: Main interface with Cost Engineer.ð Escalation: Escalate matters to Portfolio Manager, Programme Manager, and Business Manager.
Qualificationsð Fast-Paced Projects: Experience working in a fast-paced project environment.ð NEC3 Contracts: Familiar with working under NEC3 contracts.ð Procedures: Experience with Project Control Procedures.ð CEMAR Knowledge: Good working knowledge of CEMAR.ð Organized & Communicative: Strong organizational and communication skills.ð· Junior PM/QS Roles: Previous experience in junior project manager roles or QS roles.
