The Job Mission
You will be a key part of the HVAC Systems team, supporting design activities on a nuclear power plant project. Your future team will focus on delivering high-quality HVAC solutions. This role spans design, specification, and coordination across multidisciplinary functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and update system documentation ensuring safety and quality compliance
- Perform thermal-hydraulic calculations and size components like fans and pipework
- Translate safety inputs into functional and I&C logic requirements
- Support procurement with technical specs and supplier reviews
- Manage configuration and design modifications for stability
- Define I&C test procedures, HMI elements, and control logic
- Provide technical input for commissioning planning and execution
- Collaborate with layout, civil, and safety teams to meet cross-functional requirements
Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
- 5+ years' experience in HVAC system design
- Proficient in thermal-hydraulic calculations and system sizing
- Experience with I&C logic & HMI design
