Position Overview
The Senior Infrastructure Manager is responsible for assuring that delegated Nuclear/Explosive Safety related Infrastructure supports Safe, Secure and effective operations alignment of the end client's Strategic Objectives with Infrastructure Plans and wider delivery programmes, acting as the Intelligent Customer for current and future infrastructure requirements. They will liaise closely with Base stakeholders and compliance teams to align capability needs with operational priorities and asset conditions.
Key tasks associated with this role:
- Infrastructure Assurance – Ensure infrastructure supports safe, secure, and effective operations.
- Project Oversight – Provide Intelligent Customer assurance throughout construction, commissioning, handover, and decommissioning.
- Stakeholder Management – Work with operational and technical teams to align infrastructure with capability needs.
- Infrastructure Acceptance – Approve infrastructure handover, ensuring compliance, documentation, and operational readiness.
- Supplier Collaboration – Build effective relationships with delivery partners and supply chains.
- Reporting & Governance – Provide updates to senior management and support safety and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Skills / experience required for this role:
- MS O365 proficient.
- Project Management experience.
- Excelled stakeholder management and engagement at all levels.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Organised with ability to work on own initiative.
- Engineering experience (M&E).
