Position Overview
Working within the Infrastructure Strategic Planning & Governance (ISPG) team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Estate Optimisation Manager to deliver effective estate strategies, ensuring alignment with wider infrastructure plans and organisational objectives. This role combines administration, coordination, and stakeholder engagement, helping to manage estate planning processes, governance, and infrastructure requirements through robust change management tools.
- Support alignment of Strategic Objectives with infrastructure plans and wider delivery programmes
- Provide administrative support for the development and ongoing management of:
- Siting strategies
- Estate utilisation plans
- Accurate
- Up to date
- Properly stored and communicated
Work with a wide range of stakeholders across a complex, regulated environment. Gain exposure to major infrastructure programmes and governance processes.
Qualifications
Skills / experience required for this role:
- Strong administration and governance skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and engagement at all levels.

Additional Information
Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will require Security clearance. To gain this, they will need to be a sole UK national and work hybrid from home/client site in Helensburgh.
