Job Description

As part of our Digital Team, you’ll play a hands-on role in developing and maintaining our CRM, digital product stack, integrations, and automations — ensuring our systems are reliable, user-friendly, and impactful every day. 💻⚡

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🏗️ Design, Build & Improve Internal Systems

• ⚙️ Customise and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• 🔗 Build and maintain integrations using APIs
• ☁️ Develop automations and backend services (e.g. Azure Functions)
• 📈 Improve system reliability, performance, and data quality

📦 Own Internal Digital Products

• 🤝 Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand user needs
• 🧠 Turn requirements into smart, scalable technical solutions
• 🚀 Deliver improvements iteratively and measure their impact
• ⚖️ Balance quick wins with long-term system enhancements

🛠️ Support & Enable Colleagues

• 🆘 Act as an escalation point for technical issues
• 🔍 Investigate and resolve problems efficiently
• 📚 Provide training, documentation, and guidance to empower teams

🌐 Contribute to the Wider Digital Team

• 🧩 Help shape technical standards and ways of working
• 🤝 Share knowledge and support colleagues across the team

Qualifications

💻 Experience designing and maintaining internal digital systems

🔗 Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows

🤝 Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical users and stakeholders

🧠 A pragmatic, user-focused approach to building digital tools

👨 💻 Strong programming experience
