Responsibilities
- Lead and Track Progress – Drive the execution of delivering design packages of work, ensuring alignment with performance baselines.
- Manage Project Documentation – Keep all necessary records up to date and compliant.
- Control Budgets – Stay on top of expenditures and ensure spending aligns with approved plans.
- Schedule for Success – Develop and maintain project schedules to keep everything on track.
- Report with Insight – Provide performance updates, including earned value and variance analysis.
- Drive Continuous Improvement – Analyze data and implement strategies to enhance delivery performance.
- Mitigate Risks – Proactively identify and manage risks.

Your Impact as a Project Manager – Deliver complex and critical design work, which may include FEED design in mechanical, EC&I, and systems engineering.

Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience:
- Degree qualified in an engineering discipline
- Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets, and driving to schedules within a technical environment
- Engineering and technical competence, sufficient to enable effective decision-making
- Understanding of cross-functional roles such as purchasing, commercial, and engineering management
- Well-organized, with a systematic and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively
