We’re looking for graduates who have (or are expecting) a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline and who are keen to develop a career in Simulation & Assessment engineering within highly regulated industries. If you enjoy applying engineering fundamentals to assess the fitness for purpose of components, assemblies, and systems, have a strong interest in analytical problem-solving, and are curious about how calculations underpin safe and robust designs, this could be an excellent next step for you.
To join our Graduate Scheme, you must be a UK sole national and a UK resident, as this is required for the type of work we do. You’ll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance. As part of the programme, you should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK, and we’ll provide relocation support where needed.
After submitting your application, you’ll receive confirmation of next steps. If successful at screening, one of our recruitment team will call you to discuss:
- Your application and eligibility
- Your passion for energy transformation
- Your interest in and knowledge of your chosen discipline
Successful applicants will then be invited to attend an in-person assessment centre at one of our UK offices.
