As a Project Manager, you’ll be backed by a dedicated engineering and project controls team that shares your drive for success.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who is ready to:

  • Lead and Track Progress – Drive the execution of delivering design packages of work, ensuring alignment with performance baselines.
  • Manage Project Documentation – Keep all necessary records up to date and compliant.
  • Control Budgets – Stay on top of expenditures and ensure spending aligns with approved plans.
  • Schedule for Success – Develop and maintain project schedules to keep everything on track.
  • Report with Insight – Provide performance updates, including earned value and variance analysis.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement – Analyze data and implement strategies to enhance delivery performance.
  • Mitigate Risks – Proactively identify and manage risks.
  • Support Change Management – Play a key role in adapting to project changes smoothly.
  • Manage Dependencies – Oversee project interdependencies, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Supply Chain, Safety, and Regulatory teams to resolve any conflicts.

Your Impact as a Project Manager: You will be responsible for delivering complex and critical design work, which may include FEED design in mechanical, EC&I, and systems engineering.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver assigned design work.
  • Manage cost and schedule performance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Lead and support assigned project managers.
  • Ensure effective project setup, governance, and closeout.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Degree qualified in an engineering discipline.
  • Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets, and driving to schedules within a technical environment.
  • Engineering and technical competence, sufficient to enable effective decision-making.
  • Understanding of cross-functional roles such as purchasing, commercial, and engineering management.
  • Well-organized, with a systematic and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively.
