Job Description

Join the Fusion and Modular Nuclear Business Unit!

We're looking for individuals that have a background in engineering and project management who can lead account management and ensure we deliver on the agreements / frameworks.

This role is a key role within our exciting and rapidly growing division where you will have direct access to our key clients.

You will understand the full scope of work to be carried out, then ensure each part is executed from making sales propositions, responding to bids, writing contracts, stay on top of invoices and finances and ensuring we have the talent ready to deliver on the projects.

This role does not have direct reports but you will work closely with teams to ensure you can carry out the work like finance teams, recruitment, operations, engineering etc.

Your Mission

  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships to drive engagement with Assystem
  • Manage framework agreements, ensuring compliance, quality delivery, and alignment with client expectations
  • Promote Assystem capabilities and advise clients on suitable solutions
  • Support bid activities and positioning for future framework opportunities
  • Oversee day-to-day framework operations and ensure adherence to delivery processes
  • Manage team growth, onboarding, resourcing, and support Project Managers
  • Monitor financial performance (P&L, revenue, invoicing, budgets, overheads)
  • Establish and maintain governance, controls, and management tools
  • Track performance, client satisfaction, spend, and value delivery
  • Ensure legal and contractual compliance across all frameworks
  • Represent Assystem in supplier reviews and industry forums
  • Contribute to framework business planning and strategy
  • Ensure projects meet company standards, QA requirements, and delivery processes
  • Conduct regular project reviews to identify risks and opportunities
  • Ensure all projects achieve or exceed expected gross margins
