Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be working with our experienced Simulation and Assessment team to deliver projects such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA) assessments of components for nuclear components to design codes such as ASME III or RCC-M. This includes planning, delivery and reporting of the projects, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders such as the customer's technical leads. This role may include both working within client teams as part of an integrated embedded team, and delivering Assystem projects from one of our offices. Hands-on experience of computer based modelling codes such as Abaqus, Ansys, Nastran, CFD etc. Engineering Degree (or equivalent).Full UK driving license and ability to travel within the UK.Previous experience in similar roles in the nuclear or fusion industry. Hands-on experience of 3D modelling in CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor, Catia or SolidWorks.
