Job Description
- Coordinate installation sequencing across multi-contract project delivery scopes
- Resolve complex interfaces between commissioning, construction, and erection teams
- Align planning schedules with commissioning milestones and delivery requirements
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies for site activities
- Ensure dependencies and constraints are managed for smooth project execution
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive best-for-project decisions
- Support integration of planning data using digital tools and analytics
- Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Analyse project data to inform decision-making and optimise performance
Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or construction-related discipline or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience delivering large, complex infrastructure projects
- Understanding of nuclear safety culture and regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of planning, sequencing, and integration methodologies
- Familiarity with NEC and FIDIC contract frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary project teams
- Experience with tools like Navisworks, Synchro, or Primavera P6
- Understanding of risk management and project change control processes
